Chelsea Collins
Owner/Director
Chelsea Collins is the owner/creative director of PC Dance Company. She has been teaching dance for over 20 years. She truly loves the discipline and creative freedom that Dance gives her and loves being able to impact the younger generations. She is a mom to 2 amazing kids and very passionate about making sure every dancer knows that anything is possible with right people in your life. We hope to create opportunities for all dancers to have the confidence and tools they need to feel capable of navigating life in and outside of dance. She continues to be an award winning choreographer and has multiple dancers who have gone on to perform professionally and impact others through the platform of dance.
Michella Dixon.
Assistant Director
Michella Dixon is the Assistant Director and been teaching for over 10 years. She specializes in Hip Hop/Tumbling/Jazz/and Contemporary.She brings a unique approach being a student first at PC Dance and then she headed straight into being an assistant teacher and is now an award winning choreographer. She is now on staff at the Dance Directive as well as a an adjudicator nationally. She holds the title of Miss Oklahoma volunteer 2021. She was a finalist on the Fox TV Show "So You Think You Can Dance." She has truly been instrumental in impacting the young adults at PC Dance Company and she is a new mom and so excited to be able to have her little one grow up at PC Dance Company.

Meris Miller
Dance Instructor
Meris has been dancing since the age of three and has loved every step of the journey. She began teaching at 16 and quickly discovered her passion for helping young dancers grow in both skill and confidence. A proud alum of the University of Oklahoma, she spent four years as a member of the OU Pom Squad, competing at UDA Nationals each year in both jazz and game day categories.
With a strong emphasis on technique and cleanliness, Meris believes in a solid technical foundation. She wants her classes to be high energy, focused, and full of encouragement. She strives to create a fun, supportive environment where every dancer feels seen, valued, and inspired to push themselves.
Katrina Burns
Dance Instructor
Katrina Burns has been dancing competitively for over 15 years and received her foundational training at PC Dance Company, where she is a proud alumna. After graduating, she furthered her education in the arts through the prestigious Bridge Program at Mather Dance Company in California. Passionate about teaching and mentorship, Katrina finds purpose in guiding the next generation of dancers through both technical training and positive influence.
Known for her versatility, Katrina excels in all styles of dance and is recognized as both a strong technician and a captivating performer. Her talent and creativity have earned her numerous choreography awards. She remains actively involved in the dance community, continually growing as an artist and assisting in various professional settings.
Katrina is currently a member of the Tulsa Contemporary Collective and continues to contribute to the evolving dance scene in Oklahoma. With roots in Bartlesville, she proudly represented her hometown as a member of the Bartlesville Varsity Pom team in 2021. Katrina’s dedication to her craft and commitment to uplifting others make her a true asset to the dance world.
